The studio has a kitchen with an oven, electric stove, and refrigerator, and a bathroom with a comfortable shower and washing machine. The studio has Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Meals can be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace.
Price
The price for a one-night stay in a studio apartment is 70EUR for two people. The minimum stay is 3 nights.
This includes the mandatory tourist tax (8€ per day from April to October or 2€ per day during the remaining months).
For 3 or 4 people staying overnight, the additional fee is 10€ per person per night.

Located in a quiet area of Rethymno
A 10-minute walk takes you to a sandy beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach amenities. The beach offers safe access and beautiful sunsets over Rethymno’s old town. You can also take a long walk along the beach either towards the port and old town, or towards the resorts east of Rethymno (where the beaches become increasingly wild).
A 20-minute stroll along the pleasant seaside promenade takes you to the Venetian port with its lighthouse, the famous Rimondi Fountain, and the charming streets of the old town, lined with tavernas and shops. Along the promenade, you’ll find numerous tavernas, cafes, supermarkets, and souvenir shops. On the way closer to the old town, you’ll also pass a series of bars and discos that come alive at night.
Accommodation in the perfect spot for exploring Crete
Centrally located, Rethymno is also an excellent base for exploring central, western, and southern Crete.
Rethymno is about an hour’s drive from a variety of southern beaches, including the famous palm-fringed Preveli Beach and other wild, lesser-known beaches.
It is close to the region’s extraordinary gorges of Kourtalioti and Patsos, Lake Kournas, traditional villages, Byzantine churches, and monasteries. Hippie Matala, the Minoan Palace of Festos, and the inaccessible areas of Chora Sfakion are all within a 1.5-hour drive.
You can also independently explore the historic city of Chania, Heraklion with its archaeological museum, the ruins of Knossos (about an hour’s drive on the northern highway), or the famous beaches of Balos and Elafonisi (about a 2-hour drive).
